BeeBAGZ are a food wrap revelation! These beeswax food wraps are already sewn as self-sealing bags so you just have to fill them with your favourite foods, fold down the top and seal shut by pinching with your fingers.

BeeBAGZ are the perfect choice for keeping fruits, veggies, sandwiches and other snacks fresher tasting, longer than the plastic, zipper locked alternatives as they are naturally breathable and water-resistant. This means less food waste! They offer a safer, convenient option to plastic for your food storage needs.
BeeBAGZ are plastic free bags made from all natural products such as 100% cotton, beeswax, tree resin and jojoba oil. The seams are double-stitched. Eco-friendly and designed for usage over and over again. They are biodegradable and therefore compostable.
Did you know beeswax is naturally antibacterial? Yes, beeswax is an antibacterial agent so helps to keep the bags clean, while preventing the spread of common bacterial organisms. It is also effective at repelling smells and odours (such as onions). On the go or at home, BeeBAGZ prevent harmful chemicals and toxins from leaching into food like there is with clingfilm and plastic food bags.

Caring for your BAGZ:
Wash with a mild soap in cold water and hang to dry. You can just wipe them with a damp cloth too.
Do not scrub or use warm/hot water.
Do not use to wrap hot food, make sure all food is cold before you use the wraps.
Can be used in the fridge of freezer.
Wraps are not suitable for using in the microwave or oven.
Your BAGZ will be a bit sticky at first. This is because of the wonderful natural beeswax coating that keeps them lasting for up to a year. After a few uses, the stickiness will diminish and your bags will be nicely worked in. The BAGZ will become more pliable with increased usage while retaining their sticky, secure seal when folded.

If you order after noon on Friday, your order will be posted the following Monday. There are no mail collections on Saturdays.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
