Conscious Skincare's incredible Organic Day Cream has been designed to suit four different skin types so you can find the perfect moisturiser for you!
Gentle - ultra-soothing to help calm and restore dry sensitive skin; made with organic fairtrade Shea butter and Cocoa butter, Evening Primrose oil and Comfrey. Has a light citrus scent with aromatic Chamomile. Can provide relief for dry skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema.
Neutralize - rebalancing for oily, problem skin; made with a special anti-acne formula, including organic Castor oil to decongest and organic Rosa Mosqueta oil to help with acne scars. Has a mousse-like texture with an uplifting & refreshing citrus scent.
Rejuvenate - amazingly rich formulation for mature skin; made with a number of active ingredients including collagen, organic Rosehip Seed oil for skin regeneration and wonderfully nourishing organic Avocado oil. Combines the warm light scent of geranium and indulgent notes of frankincense.
Enrich - for normal, combination skin; wonderfully nourishing to replenish skin during the day. Made with organic fairtrade Shea butter, organic Avocado oil to moisturise, and organic Lavender oil to tone. Has a light floral scent with a hint of rose.
All of the Conscious Skincare day creams are anhydrous (do not contain water) you will only need a very small quantity to moisturise your skin – a little goes a long way!
These Day Creams form part of an organic skincare routine which includes Exfoliator, Face Wash and Night Cream for each of the four skin types.
Size: 60ml, presented in a recyclable glass jar with aluminium screw lid
Directions for use: Apply a pea size amount to clean skin and gently massage in. Blot off any excess with clean tissue.
All of Conscious Skincare creams are designed to melt on contact with your skin and in hot climates the cream may melt. If this should occur, simply place the cream in the fridge and allow it to cool. This does not impact the cream and it is fine to use.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, please send us an email at hello@andkeep.com and we will discuss this with you.
