Conscious Skincare's incredible Organic Night Cream has been designed to suit four different skin types so you can find the perfect one for you!
Gentle - for dry sensitive skin; a super skin-boosting face cream made with organic Shea butter and Cocoa butter, Calendula and the active Vitamin B3 which can provide relief for conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. Has a warm, comforting aroma of sandalwood and frankincense.
Neutralize - for oily, problem skin; made with a special anti-acne organic blend of Acai oil, Andiroba oil and Copaiba balsam, it has been carefully designed to control sebum production and restore balance. Combines the refreshing scent of Lavender with the cleansing citrus aroma of lemon.
Rejuvenate - for mature skin; packed with active ingredients to support your skin's natural night repair process, this anti-aging formula is made with Shea butter, Siberian Ginseng root extract and fair trade Frankincense essential oil.
Enrich - for normal, combination skin; made with organic Shea butter and Cocoa butter to moisturise, organic Lavender and Frankincense oils to tone and protect. Warm woody tones of sandalwood are balanced with a light floral scent of Rose Germanium.
All of the Conscious Skincare day creams are anhydrous (do not contain water) you will only need a very small quantity to moisturise your skin – a little goes a long way!
These Night Creams form part of an organic skincare routine which includes Exfoliator, Face Wash and Day Cream for each of the four skin types.
Size: 60ml, presented in a recyclable glass jar with aluminium screw lid
Directions for use: Apply a pea size amount to clean skin and gently massage in. Blot off any excess with clean tissue.
All of Conscious Skincare creams are designed to melt on contact with your skin and in hot climates the cream may melt. If this should occur, simply place the cream in the fridge and allow it to cool. This does not impact the cream and it is fine to use.

If you order after noon on Friday, your order will be posted the following Monday. There are no mail collections on Saturdays.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, please send us an email at hello@andkeep.com and we will discuss this with you.
