The average woman has her period once a month for 40 years of her life, meaning she spends 6.5 years of her life on her period. It’s estimated that the average woman will use over 10,000 disposable menstrual products during her lifetime. Some brands of disposable sanitary pads are made up of 90% plastic, which is about the same amount as four carrier bags. Many products are (incorrectly!) flushed down the toilet so they end up directly in our waterways.

The pads are made from three different fabrics:
- A charcoal bamboo fleece layer: very soft to keep you comfortable night and day.
- A microfibre layer: highly adsorbent to protect and give you peace of mind.
- A waterproof PUL layer: highly waterproof to guarantee leakproof periods.
These reusable pads also have snaps on both wings to make sure it stays in place. The snaps also ensure the fleece layer stays covered when folded, to make for easy, hygienic storage.
Light Flow: consist of one layer of microfibre. These will be able to protect you on the lighter days of your periods or for everyday protection.
Moderate Flow: medium sized with two layers of microfibre. They will provide support on the regular flow days of your periods.
Heavy Flow: made with three layers of microfibre for extra protection. They are reliable even on the heaviest days of your periods and during night-time. These larger pads can also work if you experience incontinence or post-partum bleeding.

How to use: When the pads are dry place the pad fleece side up, following the line of your underwear. Attach the snaps on the wings underneath so it is secured in place.
Care: We recommend that you wash your sanitary pad before using it for the first time.
RINSE the pads with cold water after using them. Either let them soak in cold water for 30 minutes or rinse them under cold running water. It is best not to use hot water, which could make stains set.
WASH the sanitary pads by hand or in the washing machine at 40°C.
DRY We recommend air drying. These sanitary pads are made from a quickly drying material so they will be dry and usable within a few hours. There is a slight chance that the pads might shrink if dried in the tumble dryer.
We recommend washing inside a
wash bag (or a sock!) so they don't get caught in the door section of the washing machine.
Top tips:
- Baking soda is a natural stain remover. Use it to rub out stains while rinsing your pad.
- Vinegar is great as a fabric softener. It keeps the pads soft when added to the soak

If you order after noon on Friday, your order will be posted the following Monday. There are no mail collections on Saturdays.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
