Nourishing, frizz-fighting organic conditioner
This conditioner has been formulated with natural oils and butters including organic shea butter to replenish and rehydrate normal to dry hair. The incredible Baobab proteins have been shown to boost shine, strengthen, protect, reduce frizz and tangles as well as boosting softness and smoothness for greater hair manageability. Organic pomegranate extract rehydrates and protects hair whilst organic aloe vera soothes.
Baobab Proteins are natural and sustainably derived proteins from the Baobab tree. They are a complete hair care anti-ageing solution to help with damage recovery. The Baobab proteins boost shine by 42% and softness by 27% (better than Dimethicone). The proteins give intense protection from UV stress and heat, deeply nourish, instantly condition for a softer, smoother feel and reinforce strands for improved strength.
Pomegranate Extract is high in ellagic acid which helps to regulate cell turnover and strengthen the cell membrane. It helps limit hair water loss, it rehydrates and protects hair.
Organic Shea Butter extracted from the nuts of the shea tree, superfood Shea Butter is an instant help with dry hair It is a strong moisturiser and also has skin healing properties due to its richness in unsaturated fat, essential fatty acids, Vitamin E and D and provitamin A.

How to use: Apply from mid to ends of clean wet hair. Comb through gently. Leave to absorb for 1-2 mins. Rinse well.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging if applicable. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased, please send us an email at hello@andkeep.com and we will discuss this with you. You will need to pay for the return postage.
