Moo Miracle Milk hydrates, de-frizzes, de-tangles, softens, adds body and provides protection against UVA, UVB and heat protection. Wow!
Ideal for all hair types, thanks to its naturally, light consistency. Marula oil aids damage caused by the effects of UV exposure, boosting cellular activity to enhance scalp and follicle health. The addition of Icelandic moss is gently anti-inflammatory, soothing for both hair and scalp. Plus they smell utterly divine!
All Moo Hair products are palm oil free cruelty free and of course not tested on any animals including Highland Coo’s. There are no parabens, sulphates, harsh chemicals, SLS, synthetic detergents and all are free from artificial colourings. All products are over 96% biodegradable too.
Moo Milk comes in a fully recyclable glass bottle with a reusable/ recyclable pump dispenser. Aluminium capped refills will be available in the summer. The label is printed on recycled paper using vegetable based inks. 5% of profits go to charity.

Directions for use: Moo Hair products are natural so do separate. They do not use lots of chemicals to bind the ingredients so you will need to shake before use.
For best results, use after Moo Miracle Shampoo and Miracle Conditioner. Apply a couple of pumps generously from root to ends on towel dried hair, comb through and style as usual.
For super dry ends you can use when hair is dry as a finishing product to add shine and moisture.

Icelandic moss is responsibly harvested between May to October, it is firstly, cleansed of any impurities, before being sun-dried or air-dried for later use. Thanks to its location, Icelandic moss is one of the purest algae on the planet. It grows in clean air only, and will not survive close to cities. It thrives so well in Iceland, as one of the least polluted countries in the world.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
