These new Blush Sticks are a cream blush in stick format, featuring intense pigmentation with a creamy texture that is easy to apply and blend.
Perfect for all skin types including those with dry or mature skin, these new blush sticks glide over skin for a perfect finish. Organic castor oil and organic jojoba oil are used for their softening and regenerative properties. This product can be also be used on lips for a light and subtle colour.
ZAO Beauty Tip: Apply the Blush Stick before or after applying powder, depending on desired finish. For a glowing effect, apply after powder and blend with a blender sponge or fingers. Apply directly to cheeks with a smoothing motion to blend. For a long-lasting matt effect, apply foundation and/or concealer first, then smooth the Blush Stick onto cheeks and blend with blender sponge or fingers

Key Ingredients:
Organic castor oil: With softening and regenerative properties to soothe delicate skin that is prone to dryness. Ricinoleic acid, an active component of castor oil, is reputed to inhibit microbe growth and so this ingredient has purifying properties.
Organic jojoba oil: Its calming and softening properties leave skin feeling nourished but not greasy, penetrating easily into skin to offer protection against dehydration and wrinkles. This ingredient reinforces skin’s hydrophilic film and regulates sebum.
Organic caurnaba wax: This ingredient, which comes from secretions of palm trees native to Brazil, is a film-forming agent that protects skin continuously, as well as making makeup last longer.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging if applicable. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased, please send us an email at hello@andkeep.com and we will discuss this with you. You will need to pay for the return postage.
