Beauty Kubes plastic-free, fragrance-free hair conditioner for sensitive skins
This fantastic plastic free, solid conditioner is vegan, palm-free and fragrance-free. Formulated to be as gentle on the scalp as possible, while conditioning the hair. Made from a unique blend of skin and hair nourishing oils, plant extracts and herbs.
This conditioner is suitable for normal to dry hair types. You may need to use two conditioner Kubes for long, or tangle-prone hair.
This conditioner has been designed for use in conjunction with Beauty Kubes plastic-free shampoos.
There are 3 Kubes in this box which gives you the chance to try out if these are the plastic-free conditioning wonders you have been waiting for! Or if you are already a convert, these are great for travel and weekends away.
Does not contain any animal derived ingredients, or any ingredients tested on animals.
Key ingredients:
- Coconut milk - to moisturise the hair and scalp.
- Mustard seed oil to help combat dry and itchy scalp. It is a fabulous oil for treating dry hair.
- Passionflower seed oil which contains the 17 amino acids found in plant protein, plus Omega 3, 6 & 9 Fatty Acids. It is an oil that can be helpful in treating dry, itchy scalps.
- Chickweed herb to combat dry and itchy skin.
- Butterfly pea flower
Packaged in biodegradable paper and cardboard with a home-compostable film wrapper (to keep any crumbs in!).
How to use:
Take 1 to 2 Kubes into the shower. Crumble the Kubes one by one into the palm of your hand. Add a very small amount of water until a thick paste is formed. Rub hands together firmly until the paste turns pale blue and thickens. You can now smooth the paste over your wet hair, focusing on the ends. For best results comb the conditioner through the hair. As it is solid, it needs a bit of extra help to ensure all of the hair is coated.

Size: Each box contains 3 Kubes that each provide enough gentle cleansing power for 1 wash per cube. For those with short hair you can get 2 washes from each Kube. Total weight 12g.

If you order after noon on Friday, your order will be posted the following Monday. There are no mail collections on Saturdays.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
