This Glycolic Cleanser acts as an exfoliator without any physically abrasive additives or nasty non-naturally derived chemicals. This amazing product contains glycolic acid - a naturally occurring substance derived from sugar cane.
As an AHA Acid (Alpha Hydroxy Acid), its structure means that it works on the surface layers of your skin; breaking down the bonds that hold dead skin cells together - in short it is the Holy Grail of exfoliation!
How does a Glycolic Cleanser Work? Glycolic Acid reacts with the sebum (natural oils) on the top layers of your skin, breaking down the oils and other substances that hold the cells together. As Glycolic Acid is made of tiny molecules, it is able to penetrate the skin deeply and easily. When the 'carrier' cleanser is washed off, dead skin cells are removed, revealing smoother, brighter, younger-looking skin.
Glycolic Acid can be used in regular skincare routines, and even by sensitive skins, without causing any irritation. However, it encourages exfoliation which means irritation can sometimes occur, and therefore those with particularly sensitive/reactive skin should avoid.
Glycolic Acid brings rejuvenating benefits to your skincare routine, and its botanical properties help treat skin conditions including psoriasis, Melasma and Seborrheic Keratosis.
By removing dead skin cells it reveals brighter, smoother, fresher skin, and is often used to treat scarring, skin discolouration and signs of ageing.
It also helps transfer water molecules from the air to skin tissue, replenishing any lost moisture, and studies have shown that regular use of Glycolic Acid skincare products assists with boosting collagen production, which is brilliant for plumping up the skin: collagen is a vital structural protein, helping the skin remain firm and resist wrinkling.
Things to Consider: Your skin might need to get used to the treatments, so start off using the cleanser once/twice a week. Usage can then be increased accordingly.
A slight stinging or warming sensation on the face is completely normal, so don't be alarmed if your face starts to tingle or is red after using - this will completely die down shortly afterwards.
Use of other products containing Vitamin A, AHA's or taking Accutane (Acne Medicine) can cause reactions as the skin is already sensitised. Consult your doctor or dermatologist in this case.
Use of Glycolic Acid or other chemical peel products can heightened skin sensitivity to the sun, so use sunscreen.
How to use White Rabbit Skincare:
Firstly, always patch test. Just because our products are totally natural doesn’t mean that there's no chance of a reaction. Place a little bit of the product on your skin, either behind the ear or any reaction prone areas. Observe for at least 24 hours. Even if you use and love one of our other products, it's important to patch test each new one you get. Just as you should with anything that you’re putting on your body.
Massage into skin and leave for up to 3 minutes. Wash hands immediately after application. AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. A slight tingling sensation may be experienced. Rinse well with cold water to remove, and gently pat skin dry. Use 1-2 times a week.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
