Natural, vegan, packaging-free deodorant
The Bare Bar is a natural deodorant bar that is designed to have minimal packaging. It looks similar to a chunky bar of soap but feels like the Earth Conscious Deodorant Stick (although a little more solid).
The amazing organic active ingredients get to work on reducing the bacteria that are present in your underarms, thus stopping the odour from occurring.
Ergonomically designed, The Bare Bar has a curve to ensure it easily glides across your armpit area. With each bar weighing 90g, there is plenty deodorant to keep you going for a few months.
As with all of the Earth Conscious range, the Bare Bar contains high quality, natural ingredients: skin softening coconut oil, shea butter, bicarbonate of soda and vitamin E oil for extra nourishment. The fragrance is only ever from essential oils, giving you a natural boost.
Your Bare Bar will arrive in a simple paper wrap so that you have somewhere to keep it. There is also a small leaflet with instructions and ingredient information - that's it! You can use the lovely paper wrap to carry your Bare Bar out and about with you if you wish. The paper wrap is both recyclable and home compostable when you are finally finished with your Bare Bar.

How does Earth Conscious Natural Deodorant work?
Remember, it is not an antiperspirant so it will not stop you sweating (we are meant to sweat, it releases toxins) but it will work to eliminate body odour. It is not sweat that smells but rather the bacteria that forms during the process. The smell comes at the point where the sweat has dried and the bacteria on your armpits combine to give off the strong scent of Body Odour. Bacteria can also build on your clothes and thus the smell will exist there too.
The Earth Conscious Natural Deodorant serves as an Antibacterial Deodorant. The unique natural formula coupled with the antibacterial and anti-fungal qualities of the ingredients such as coconut oil and sodium bicarbonate mean that your armpits can stay bacteria free all day whilst smelling fresh too.
If you are switching from a conventional deodorant or antiperspirant to a natural deodorant for the first time you may find that you need time to adjust. This is not always the case and most people make the switch without any problem.
Depending on the deodorant or antiperspirant products you have been previously using, your body may need time to expel the chemicals and additives used in your old deodorant which your body has become accustomed to.
Earth Conscious do not use synthetic fragrances thus scents are very subtle. Everyone is different so finding your preferred scent is something unique to you as is how much you need to apply and how frequently. This can also change with the seasons and even the day depending on what is going on.
For women, 'hormonal' perspiration is often more potent than physical perspiration and more is needed during that 'time of the month'. There are also differences with stress or emotional sweat compared to physical sweat, i.e. if you were at a workout in the gym.
