Not only a leak-proof stainless steel lunch box, it is a 3-in-1 multi-functional lunch box allowing you to transport your lunch, cook dishes in the oven (not with the lid on), and even store pre-cooked meals in a freezer! What more could you ask for - cut down on that cupboard clutter.
Made from durable stainless steel, this design is perfect for carrying your culinary creations in style. The silicone valve creates a secure vacuum sealed closure, the slider divider allows you to separate the contents with ease, and the fork + holder are added for convenience. The band is there to hold the fork in place, not to keep the lid on.

Box, divider and fork are top rack dishwasher safe. Please wash the lid and strap by hand. Do not use bleach, cleaners containing chlorine, abrasive cleaners or scrubbers on any part of the box as they may dull the finish.
Not to be used in the microwave. Do not put the lid in the oven and note that using the box in the oven could cause discolouration.

To ensure the box is locked & sealed properly, check that the edges of the base and silicone seal on the lid are clean and dry. Firmly push the lid down on all sides and then press the valve down. The silicone strap adds extra security and makes sure you can find your fork!
To open the box/release the vacuum, pull the valve upwards. Then separate the lid from the box by pulling at a corner/short side. Please be careful when the box contains liquids.

If you order after noon on Friday, your order will be posted the following Monday. There are no mail collections on Saturdays.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging if applicable. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased, please send us an email at hello@andkeep.com and we will discuss this with you. You will need to pay for the return postage.
