Subscribe & Save FAQ's

  • Navigate to the Subscribe & Save product you want to buy
  • Select the 'Subscribe & Save' option to update pricing
  • Select frequency of delivery (Every 1, 2 or 3 months)
  • Choose the quantity that you want delivered 
  • Click 'Add to Cart'
  • You can create an order with both Subscribe & Save and one-time products. The delivery charge is applicable to each subscription order you receive but you can add one-time products to your order also.
  • Check out as normal. Note: you will be asked to create an account so you can manage your Subscribe & Save orders

    You can manage your Subscribe & Save orders directly from your account page:
    • Log into your account
    • Click on 'My Subscriptions' from the account menu
    • From your account you can:
      • Add one-time and new subscription products to your upcoming orders
      • Review and amend your delivery schedule
      • Delay a subscription order
      • Increase or decrease order quantities
      • Maintain your billing information
      • See your previous purchase history

    You can add a one-time product to your upcoming subscribe & save order by following these steps:

    • Log into your account
    • Click on 'My Subscriptions' from the account menu
    • Click on 'Subscriptions', scroll down and click on the 'Add Product' button
    • Use the product search to find the product you want to add. You can use keywords or the full product title.
    • Select the next charge date to add it to your next subscription
    • Click 'Add Product'. This will now update your next subscription order.
    • You can see the one time product has been added by clicking on 'Subscriptions' from the account menu
    If you need to delay your next subscription you can do this from your account page:
    • Log into your account
    • Click on 'My Subscriptions' from the account menu
    • Click on 'Delivery Schedule' from the menu
    • Each product in your subscription will have the option to 'Skip'
    • Click on 'Skip'. This will add a 'Skipped' label against that product for that subscription.
    • If you change your mind you can click 'unskip' against the product
    You can easily swap a Subscribe & Save product from an upcoming subscription order in your account page:
    • Log into your account
    • Click on 'My Subscriptions' from the account menu
    • Click on 'Subscriptions'. Next to each product you will see the option to 'Swap'
    • Click the 'Swap' button to bring up a product search box
    • Use the product search to find the Subscribe & Save product you want to add. You can use keywords or the full product title.
    • Clicking on the product will show you the quantity and delivery schedule of the item you are replacing
    • Click 'Swap Product'. This will now update your next subscription order.
    • You can see the Subscribe & Save product has been changed by navigating to 'Subscriptions' from the account menu

    You can add a new subscription product to your upcoming Subscribe & Save order by following these steps:

    • Log into your account
    • Click on 'My Subscriptions' from the account menu
    • Click on 'Subscriptions' and scroll down to click on the 'Add Product' button
    • Use the product search to find the product you want to add. You can use keywords or the full product title.
    • Enter the quantity you want and click on 'Subscribe' rather than 'One-time'
    • Select the next charge date to add it to your next subscription. Note: It is important to remember that if the subscription date of the new product is different from the date of the other products you have subscribed to you will be charged for delivery separately. We advise you to choose the same subscription date on all your subscription products in order to save on shipping.
    • Click 'Add Product'. This will now update your next subscription order. 
    • You can see the Subscribe & Save product has been added by clicking on 'Subscriptions' from the account menu
    You can update your delivery address in your account:
    • Log into your account
    • Click on 'My Subscriptions' from the account menu
    • Above your subscriptions you will see your current delivery address
    • Click 'Edit' next to your address will take you to your amend address page. You can also amend your billing address here.
    • Once you have completed your changes click 'Save' at the bottom of the page
    You can update your payment method and billing address from your account:
    • Log into your account
    • Click on 'My Subscriptions' from the account menu
    • Click on 'Billing Information'
    • From here you can change your payment method/card and/or update your billing address

    You will get regular updates on your Subscribe & Save orders:

    1: First Subscribe & Save placed:

    You will receive a welcome email when you have placed your first Subscribe & Save order. This will tell you how you can manage your ongoing order such as adding one-time products. It will also give you direct links to your account.

    2: An upcoming subscription:

    You will receive an email 3 days before your payment method is charged for your next Subscribe & Save order. This will remind you that your order is coming up and to add any products in that you might like. You will also receive an email confirmation when the recurring payment is processed.

    3: Card declined:

    You will receive an email if your card has been declined. You can manage your payment method by logging into your account and going to ‘My Subscriptions’ and ‘Billing Information’. You have the option to change your card details and billing address.

    4: Card expiring:

    If your card is due to expire you will receive emails at 30, 15 and 3 days before card expiration. You can manage your payment method by logging into your account and going to ‘My Subscriptions’ and ‘Billing Information’.
