What is the &Keep Loyalty Club?
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities like making sustainable purchases, following us on social media and writing reviews. You can use these points to earn discounts on purchases, and move through our Tiers, so the more you collect the more you save.
Who can join?
Anyone with an &Keep customer account is automatically enrolled in the &Keep Loyalty Club.
How do I earn points?

What are Tiers?
As you shop with us over a 12 month period, you will move through our Tiers. The higher the Tier, the more points you will earn for every £ spent, on your birthday and for each review you write for us. So you will earn your rewards faster!
• Green Guardian: 5 points/£1 on purchases; 150 points Happy Birthday; 50 points for a FeeFo review.
• Ocean Saver (spend £75 over 12 months): 8 points/£1 on purchases; 250 points Happy Birthday; 60 points for a FeeFo review.
• Planet Protector (spend £150 over 12 months): 10 points/£1 on purchases; 375 points Happy Birthday; 75 points for a FeeFo review.
Your tier will reset to Green Guardian every 12 months from the date you joined the &Keep Loyalty Club.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is shown at the top of the &Keep Loyalty Club page.
How do I redeem my points?
In the Get Rewards section of the Loyalty Club page, you will see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. The progress bar in each reward box shows how close you are to earning that reward.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'Approved', 'Pending' and 'Cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel or return a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
I completed an activity but didn't earn points?
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the Club?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
How does Refer a Friend work?
You will receive 375 points (equivalent to 15% off) credited to your loyalty account when your friend places their first order with us. Your friend will be sent their discount code depending on how you chose to share the news (email, Facebook, Messenger, Twitter or What’sApp). If your friend cancels their order, we will remove these pending points from your account.
