Ideal after a long day or whenever you need a moment to slow down, Epsom Salt can be used in a full body bath, a foot soak, or blended with oil for a gentle exfoliating scrub. It is a simple, practical addition to any bath and body routine.

Directions

Full body bath
Add 3 to 4 handfuls of Epsom Salt to warm bath water and soak for at least 20 minutes.

Foot soak
Add 2 handfuls of Epsom Salt to a basin of lukewarm water and soak feet for at least 10 minutes.

Body scrub
Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with a handful of Epsom Salt. Massage onto damp skin, then rinse thoroughly.

Warm face cloth
Mix 250ml of warm water with 2 to 3 teaspoons of Epsom Salt. Soak a clean cloth in the solution, wring out, and lay gently over the face for a few minutes, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water afterwards.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after use.
