Beeswax Wrap Co.

The Beeswax Wrap Co is big on reducing unnecessary waste and protecting the planet. Their beeswax wraps are an environmentally friendly alternative to cling film or tin foil.

The Beeswax wrap co was brought to existence by Carly and Fran in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Being passionate about crafts and the environment, they developed a natural, chemical free alternative to cling film, the beeswax wrap. They use all natural materials, including organic GOTS certified cotton, UK beeswax, pine resin and organic jojoba oil, to make a completely biodegradable food wrap. Beeswax wraps are the perfect plastic-free alternative to cling film and they actually work. Just use the warmth of your hands to help mould the beeswax wrap over a piece of food, bowl or dish. The Beeswax Wrap will hold its seal once it starts to cool down. The Beeswax Wrap allows your food to breath. It will keep cheese, fruit, vegetables, bread, baked goods, herbs, fermented foods such as kombucha, kefir, rising doughs and anything else you want to use them for, nice and fresh. They are not recommended to be used with pineapples, raw meat or fish. The Beeswax Wrap Co does not use plastic in any of their products, packaging or production meaning they can help you to drastically reduce your plastic footprint. They are also big on supporting companies with the same ethics as them, just like the founders of &Keep, John and Natasha. The Beeswax Wrap Co has collaborated with well known designers, including Cath Kidston, Prue Leith and Emma Bridgewater to create beautiful designs for their beeswax wrap collection.
