Georgia Bosson is committed to making all of her products in the UK. Fabric by the metre is printed in a family-run company just outside of London while her cushions and limited edition stationery is printed and made in her Bermondsey studio.
Georgia uses the highest quality European linen, which requires fewer pesticides and less water than cotton, and aims to use organic fabric wherever possible. Working with small production runs helps to keep waste to a minimum, and she often works with limited editions in order to keep the collection fresh and exciting. Read more below products...
Georgia is from London and studied Embroidery at Manchester. She has been printing for ten years and since graduating it has become central to her practice, forming the basis for the majority of her current collections. The eponymous Georgia Bosson design studio was established in 2013 and has worked on commissions for architects and art collectives, alongside creating contemporary, colourful and tactile homewares and stationery.Why we love her: Georgia is very passionate about keeping every aspect of her business here in the UK, minimising carbon footprint.
