Infused with rose extract, coconut milk, pro vitamin B5, vitamin E, and meadowfoam seed oil, with a blend of organic palmarosa, orange and grapefruit essential oils.
Leaves hair incredibly soft, shiny and free from build-up.
Does not contain any animal derived ingredients, or any ingredients tested on animals.

How to use: Just take 1 plastic-free shampoo cube into the bath or shower, crumble the dry cube into the palm of your hand, then add a little water to make a paste. Smooth over the hair, add more water and massage into hair to create a luxurious lather.
Size: Each box contains 3 Kubes that each provide enough gentle cleansing power for 1 wash per cube. For those with short hair you can get 2 washes from each Kube. Total weight 12g.

After successfully running their natural beauty company, Eve of St. Agnes since 2011, Morten Pedersen and Emma Heywood decided to remove all plastic packaging from their range, and in 2018, launched a never-before-done new plastic-free concept into the beauty market. Their goal was to offer natural, organic and vegan friendly products – completely free from plastic, sulphates, silicones and other materials that can have highly adverse effects not only on the environment, but also on the skin and general health.

If you order after noon on Friday, your order will be posted the following Monday. There are no mail collections on Saturdays.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
