This 650ml double walled and vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle is built for the great outdoors or the urban jungle. It will keep your drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for 12 hours.
An insulated bottle with a difference - no plastic in the lid! In fact, there is no plastic touching the contents anywhere! The rugged top has a full stainless steel construction for strength and easy cleaning.
The masters of design have done it again: The walls have reinforced vertical ribs for improved strength and grip. The smooth spout is covered once the lid is secured to keep it free from dirt and has an inside thread, making it a pleasure to drink from. The super strong paracord loop is mildew and mould resistant and makes it easy to carry or hang from your bag. The wider than average diameter allows for a greater volume, and makes the bottle more stable on rough ground.

Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Clean your water bottle with boiling water and washing-up liquid prior to initial use and wash in same way regularly after use. Dry thoroughly after leaving it to drain. Always store vessel with lid removed.

The wide-body gives it a thickset stocky form, which means it’s more stable on uneven surfaces, and sets it apart from other bottles on the market. The reinforced ribs on the outer of the bottle make it stronger should it take a knock, and provide better grip. Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging if applicable. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
