This strong and hard wearing Stainless Steel bottle is taste neutral as steel is the most inert, toxin free and safe material to drink from. Made from the highest grade 304 stainless steel with no linings or coatings on the inside. The cap is made from non-leaching BPA/BPS and toxin-free polypropylene with a silicone seal.
The spout on the new Sports Cap is larger for even faster flow. The cap is all BPS/BPA free and non leaching polypropylene with food grade silicone air valve and seal. This is OGB'S best cap ever. Great for big thirst quenching glugs and totally leak proof which means it is the perfect cap for all ages over 18months. Quieter than other caps and because of its wide spout it is easy to clean. Dishwasher clean in top drawer or hand wash and use a pipe cleaner or small bottle brush to clean out the spout. Use with or without a straw and its fast flow air valve means that you can even pour water from the spout.
The bottle comes in a stunning recycled cardboard tube which can be reused as a plant, seedling or pencil pot (or a myriad of uses), or recycled. Simple, beautiful & compostable zero waste packaging.

Care: Wash before use in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and leave to drain upside down.
Hand wash only (cap is top rack dishwasher safe). Use a small straw brush to deep clean the spout. Use a bottle brush to thoroughly clean the bottle especially after juices and smoothies.
Soak with baking powder/vinegar to get rid of any smells that may develop. 304 or 18/8 grade stainless steel is inert and does not retain flavours or smells. If you have already given it a good scrub with a bottle brush and warm soapy water try mixing a quarter to a cup of vinegar and 4 tablespoons of baking soda in warm water and let it soak overnight. Rinse well with warm soapy water and then with plenty of fresh water and leave upside down to drain.
Please note - can be used with or without the internal straw. If used with the straw, please do not tip the bottle to drink!

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging if applicable. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
