They have added a stainless steel underside to the lid meaning that food has no contact with any plastic. The ladle spoon now includes sustainably sourced wood fibre and the product is now packaged in a gift box. The flask is vacuum-sealed to keep food hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 8 hours. For best results, before use, pre-fill for about 3 minutes, using hot water for hot food or cold water for chilled food (do not overfill your flask). Leave sufficient space in the neck to fit the lid. The top of the flask is wider than most liquid flasks, therefore you should heat your food to the maximum temperature possible in order to have optimal heat retention. Lid must be hand-tightened but without extra force as the extreme temperatures will make it more difficult to open your food flask.
This product must not be used for keeping milk products or baby food warm or cool. Don’t keep perishable foods for a prolonged period. Keep out of reach of children when product contains hot liquids. Before screwing down the lid, please make sure that the sealing ring is undamaged and fully fits into its pocket. Transport upright. Hot liquids can cause scalding.
Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Clean with warm water and washing-up liquid prior to initial use and after every use. Do not immerse in water. Dry thoroughly after leaving it to drain. Always store vessel with lid removed.
To remove any stains, fill with hot water and add one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (do not put lid on while using this cleaning method). For best results, soak overnight. Always rinse before re-use. To avoid stains and residue, use a solution of vinegar and water.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging if applicable. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
