This beautiful brocade eye mask is perfect for sleep or relaxing in the home or for use when travelling. By repurposing this scrap fabric, the artisans are saving these gorgeous textiles from going into a landfill.

Brocade fabrics are woven on looms, taking much longer than many other textiles due to the intricate nature of the technique, and the years of practice it often takes for artisans to develop their skills. The brocade designs often add a thickness and sturdiness to the fabric that is absent in other designs as the pattern is woven into the fabric itself instead of being added on top. The painstaking effort, traditional significance, and elaborate designs that brocade fabric often has all contribute to these products looking beautiful and sophisticated. Made in India.
