Flox coasters are the creation of Maria Alcaide and launched in 2013. Used tyres are ground into granules and pressed into flat sheets. The coasters are printed with UV curable inks. The sets are packaged in a black box made from ‘clay coated news back paperboard,’ made from 100% recycled fibres and is also recyclable.
