Use one side as a serving platter or grazing board, and the other for chopping. 

The sleek boards are made from sustainably harvested bamboo and finished with food safe oil. They wash easily without swelling.

Care: Wash in warm soapy water and air dry thoroughly

Bamboo absorbs little moisture so resists swelling and warping, making it a superior, long-lasting material for everyday use in the kitchen. To keep the bamboo as natural as possible, only water-based formaldehyde-free adhesives are used where necessary. All products are hand sanded and finished using a food-safe oil produced from vegetable oils and waxes. Food safe tested and approved.

Easy to care for with a quick wipe-down or soapy rinse in warm water. And if necessary the natural lustre can be rejuvenated with an all natural oil or wax. Biodegradable and compostable at the end of its long life.
