Each 'pre-mixed' cleaning product that you find in supermarkets is over 90% water, with the active ingredient (the part that does the cleaning) making up a fraction of the liquid. Oceansaver cleaning drops provide just the active ingredients so you can reuse your own bottles, reducing the single-use plastic waste usually involved with cleaning.
How to use: Simply pop into a thoroughly rinsed out, empty plastic trigger bottle, add warm water and shake! Simple as 1, 2, 3. Drop, Shake & Clean.
They are designed for maximum cleaning efficiency in a 750ml bottle but will also work effectively in a 500ml or 1000ml bottle. Work brilliantly in hard and soft water.
Each Oceansaver Drop includes a highly concentrated plant-based cleaning solution
in a dissolvable film. Planet-based = kind to you, your home and the planet. Cruelty free and vegan.
The drop is made from PVOH which is a water soluble and biodegradable polymer which completely degrades into CO2 and H2O. It does not generate Micro or Nano plastics in the environment. The pods/drops are totally biodegradable!

Ingredients: >30% Non-ionic Surfactants. Phenoxyethanol. Benzalkonium Chloride. Perfumes. Linalool. Limonene. Geraniol. Citral. Per 100g of product contains 2g Benzalkonium chloride.
Product may not suitable for use on some paints and plastics, prior testing on a small inconspicuous section is recommended to confirm suitability.
Safety Warning: Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If on skin: rinse skin with water. If on eyes: rinse immediately with plenty of water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: seek medical advice. Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns made outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us to receive an email with a pre-paid postage label and instructions regarding how to return the item to us. You will need to print your label and take the parcel to the Post Office. Your return postage will not be refunded if you pay for it yourself.
We cannot offer free returns on sale items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service at your own cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
