Zao Fluid Concealer is a liquid corrector that delivers outstanding coverage with its velvety texture, correcting undereye circles and blemishes effectively. Its fluid formula does not ‘crease’ or settle into fine lines and wrinkles, helping to hide fatigue, minor imperfections and signs of ageing.

This product, as with all Zao products, is free from talc and parabens (synthetic preservatives), using instead micronised silver as an effective and non-toxic preservative. Zao does not use nanoparticles in their products, with the micronised silver being larger than nanoparticle size, making Zao products safe and free from toxic chemical preservatives.
Magnolia Extract: Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries due to its anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities, this ingredient is used to combat signs of ageing by neutralising free radicals. Magnolia extract contains magnolol and honokiol, bioactive components that fight bacterial impurities in skin and quench free radicals.
Organic Aloe Vera: Used for its skin softening, calming, repair and soothing properties, Aloe Vera is an ideal ingredient for use around the delicate eye area. It also compensates for water loss in skin, making an ideal moisturiser.
Instructions for use: Use the applicator tip to apply a few dots of concealer at the base of the dark circle. Use the tip of the blender sponge to gently smooth the product from the inner to outer, dabbing skin until it blends. It is important to choose a shade between ½ or 1 tone lighter than the skin tone in order to illuminate and fill in dark circles successfully. Apply a touch of product to the upper eyelid and smooth it out. You can also apply concealer to the T-zone (centre of the forehead, nose, cupid’s bow and centre of the chin) in order to work on a contouring foundation technique.

Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.00 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging if applicable. We cannot refund your delivery cost.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste, sunscreen and make-up), sanitary products (pads, pants & cups), tights & socks, or underwear.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
If your items is not returned in a saleable condition you will need to pay to have your items returned to you again as they are your property. Please ensure you are eligible for a refund before returning an item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
